Bacon and Honey

In the name, at the word, the tourism binds the kitchen. Bacon and Honey is a short-term audiovisual program that shows a kitchen that crosses a dish or a culinary ingredient of a region and that will have influenced the cuisine or landscape of regions, overseas countries and countries formerly colonized both on the American continent than African and Asian.

The dish or ingredient will be explained and shown by a local restaurateur who uses both the regional flavors and the formerly colonized countries and the overseas for his cuisine.

This section corresponds to trips both outside and within borders. In twenty lines, a general article will allow the reader to discover a recipe to discover its sources and its environment.

The only rule will be to link the regions, the overseas countries and the formerly colonized countries both on the American continent and African and Asian and illustrate the subject with a film of 1 minute and thirty seconds maximum, of photography.

Each year a contest will be held with the subscribers, reward the best subject in each of the headings of “Bacon and Honey” and the winner will receive a gain related to the trip or the kitchen.
